Resource For Reading: Langham Literature

We are blessed to live in an age where information is becoming more and more widely available globally.

But for those of us living in the West, it’s quite clear to see that most of the Christian, theological reading material readily available to us is written through the lens of the culture surrounding us, or a very similar one.

If we want to learn more about God, the Bible, and how to reach people from different ethnic and cultural backgrounds, it’s beneficial to read books from Christian writers from other cultures, who have had wisdom given to them through the lens of those cultures. In doing so, we can learn about other perspectives, which might even cause us to rethink and relearn things we had previously assumed were absolute truth.

Langham Literature is a platform showcasing and making books from writers across the world from many different cultures more readily available.
