How to Engage with Ramadan in 2025 – Tips from the Mahabba Network

Ramadan is the ninth month of the Islamic calendar, and is regarded by Muslims as a holy month, observed by fasting, worship, and service. The exact timing of Ramadan depends on the sighting of the moon, and is expected to run in 2025 from the 28th February to the 30th March.

On one of the last ten days of Ramadan, Muslims observe the Night of Power. This is highly regarded in Islamic belief, and is believed to be the day when the Quran was first revealed from heaven to earth. Muslims believe this night in unlike any other, and comes with abundant blessings and mercy.

The month of Ramadan is a wonderful opportunity for us as Christians to pray for our Muslim friends. Below are some resources that may help you to know where to start.
